In 2025, KET invited the public to share children’s stories set right here in Knysna. Local authors, aspiring writers, and even children answered the call. From tales woven through the magical Knysna Forest, to adventures along the Knysna Lagoon and beyond, the submissions celebrated the natural beauty, imagination, and heart of our town. We selected the stories that captured this spirit most beautifully to feature in this collection. Every page of this book is rooted in community — written by our community, for our children.
