Angelina has concluded a Master Thesis covering the methodology and success of the FONIX Literacy Programme. Xoliswa Mabukane (ECD Level1-4. Advanced Facilitation WCED) Xoliswa fulfils a vital role in the team, assisting the Education Mentors with the teacher development training and onsite mentoring and training in Xhosa. She is a skilled FONIX facilitator, assisting in the implementation and roll out of the FONIX literacy program in the mother tongue. She also presents numicon, Stellar and Skills Development Workshops.
Laurentia Ngqambuza (Level 5 Higher certificate and Diploma in ECD Assessor ETDP SETA) Laurentia compliments the operational team with her numerous skills acquired over the years as both a Grade R teacher, as well as an ECD trainer. Laurentia brings experience in implementation of the FONIX programme, and has been selected lead teacher for the Western Cape Department of Education in the Stellar Works programme.
